Thank you for shopping at Thank the Client! Our goal with your direct mail cards is for you to be 100% satisfied. Once the direct mail pieces go to print after the 15th of the month, we cannot cancel or change your order once processed. If the printing on your order is incorrect due to an error on the printer's behalf on Thank the Client's behalf, we will refund your order or credit you for a following month's offer.
